Join us for an informative talk about stress and the effects it has on your body. Stress has become one of the leading causes for sleeplessness, anxiety, depression, heart issues and so much more. Lisa will take you through a survey which will help you determine how stressed you are, and then teach you how you can offset the effects of stress through diet, lifestyle and supplementation.

Lisa will also share with us the tool of iridology – where she can look at the iris (coloured part of your eye) and tell you where you can focus to improve your health. With regards to stress, Lisa will be able to see if you have rings in your eyes called “nerve rings” which would indicate that your nervous system needs support NOW.
