Food as Medicine, Presented by Jai Kai

Jai will demonstrate how to make summer smoothies and elixers to help with purification and rejuvenation. He will be focusing on cleansing of the liver and gallbladder by using Ayurevedic herbs and other superfoods. At the end Jai will lead the class in breathing exercises that will help with digestion. Ayurveda, ‘the science fo life’ is a holistic health and healing system that promotes longevity and harmony of mind, body and spirit. It is considered ‘the mother of all healing’ and its roots date back to India over five thousand years ago.
