Cross Stability & Nerve Flossing Exercises: Neck & Shoulder Pain

This hands-on workshop will teach you specific stretches that ease tension from your neck and shoulders down to your wrist and hands. Chronic inflammation is often the underlying cause of pain and scar tissue which may adhere to delicate nerve tissue. This class will show you how to gently ease tension at nerve entrapment sites so you may improve your flexibility and reduce thoracic outlet, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow and carpal tunnel pain. Relaxed attire and attending with a partner is recommended.
